1. How we collect personal information
Personal information is any information that allows you to be identified, directly or indirectly.
We collect your personal information on our own behalf and on behalf of our affiliates.
Your personal information may also be collected on our behalf by third parties, such as providers of technology services like order management platforms or newsletter management systems; feedback and review platforms, consultants offering some of our client services; agencies responsible for answering questions or handling customer complaints.

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you register on our Website, express an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and Services, when you participate in activities on our Website or otherwise when you contact us.

We may ask for data necessary to process your payment if you make purchases, such as your payment instrument number (such as a credit card number), and the security code associated with your payment instrument. 2. How we use your information
We use personal information collected via our Website for a variety of business purposes described below. We process your personal information in order to enter into or perform a contract with you, with your consent, and/or for compliance with our legal obligations. To facilitate account creation and logon, users may authenticate either through our third-party SHOP platform or by using a one-time PIN sent to their email address, as supported natively by Shopify. These methods are used to verify identity and enable secure access to the services provided. |
(2) Post testimonials |
We post testimonials on our Website that may contain personal information. Prior to posting a testimonial, we will obtain your consent to use your name and the content of the testimonial. If you wish to delete your testimonial, please contact us at contact@watier.com and be sure to include your name, testimonial location, and contact information. |

We may use your information to request feedback and to contact you about your use of our Website. |
(4) Manage user accounts |
We may use your information for the purposes of managing your account and keeping it in working order. |

4. Information of minors
It is our intention to comply with all applicable laws regarding childrenâs privacy and advertisements that target them. We do not seek to collect personal information about minors under 14 years of age without the verified consent of their parent/legal guardian. However, if you believe that we are doing so, please let us know. If we wish to collect personal information about minors under 14 years of age, we will obtain consent directly from their parent/legal guardian, in accordance with applicable laws.

Depending on the nature of the personal information, it may be stored in our offices, as well as in the various computer systems in our offices, in our storage facilities, or in those of our service providers.
Your personal information may be transferred outside Canada, including countries located in the European Union and China, for the purposes described above, including its collection, use, disclosure, and storage. Please note that information stored outside Canada will be subject to the laws of that jurisdiction, including potential access by local law enforcement.

8. Retention of personal information
We retain the personal information we collect for as long as required to meet identified purposes, as long as it is reasonable to do so for customer service, legal, or commercial reasons. On the expiry of this period, we permanently and securely destroy or anonymize the information in compliance with applicable legislation.Â

Our websites and applications may contain links to third-party websites or applications (collectively, âThird Party Sitesâ). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of Third Party Sites, which are not under our control. Any personal information transmitted through Third Party Sites is subject to the privacy policies of those Third Party Sites. 10. Your privacy rights
Subject to the limits and provisions of applicable laws, you have the right to:

You will then be removed from the marketing email list; however, we may still communicate with you, for example, to send you service-related emails that are necessary for the administration and use of your account, to respond to service requests, or for other non-marketing purposes. To otherwise opt out, you may access your account settings and update your preferences.
